What the site itself uses
GlossAtlas itself sets no cookie and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or
other browser storage. The comparison tool has no accounts and no saved
preferences. The items below come from Google’s scripts, which the site loads.

Consent Mode
Google Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode with all four signals (analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) defaulting to denied. In that state no analytics cookies are set, but the Google tag still sends measurement requests without a cookie; see the Privacy Policy.
Your controls
Google’s consent tool is the single interface for consent choices. A “Privacy choices” link appears in the footer only once Google’s tool has recorded a choice for your browser, and it asks Google to reopen its dialog. If Google shows no consent message on your visit, no choice is recorded and the link stays hidden. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser’s own settings at any time; the comparison tool does not require any cookie.
